INTERNATIONAL FLOATING HOTEL PROJECTS
SUNBORN LONDON
Planning permission granted for new Sunborn London Yacht Hotel
London Borough of Newham Council has granted planning permission for the replacement of the existing Sunborn London yacht hotel with a new next-generation vessel, together with a permanent enhanced mooring position at Royal Victoria Dock.
The new London vessel will form part of Sunborn’s innovative Evolution Series and will feature seven decks and 223 guest rooms and suites, significantly enhancing capacity, operational efficiency, and guest experience. The vessel will offer upgraded accommodation, expanded food and beverage facilities, and contemporary public spaces designed to meet the expectations of today’s international travellers and event visitors.
In line with Sunborn’s commitment to sustainable hospitality, the new yacht hotel is being designed with ambitious environmental objectives, including a pathway toward carbon-neutral operations and substantially improved energy efficiency compared to the existing vessel.
Sunborn International will now proceed with the next stages of project development, including shipbuilding, financing, and stakeholder engagement, and will provide further updates as the projects advance.

COAL HARBOUR
Vancouver City Council has approved the rezoning application for the planned Sunborn Vancouver floating hotel, marking a major milestone for the project.
The approved rezoning allows for a 250-room floating hotel, a floating dock at water level, and dedicated public and commercial spaces. The project is being developed in partnership with Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre (VHFC) and is planned for a prime waterfront location adjacent to the Vancouver Convention Centre, one of North America’s leading conference and exhibition venues.
Sunborn International continues to advance the new development project in collaboration with its local partners and stakeholders.

Sunborn International is in the final stages of obtaining a 30-year concession to develop a yacht hotel on a prime waterfront site in the centre of the Andalusian capital, Seville. Completion of the lease and go ahead for the new hotel are expected in the near term.
Designed to be carefully integrated into the location and complement the area, the development will include a new waterfront park located next to the hotel. The project will further enhance the waterfront and provide new public access to the water, as well as new hospitality and event venues.
