On 5 December 2024, Rush Factory Oyj signed a share exchange agreement with Sunborn Oy, PM Ruukki Oy, Jerovit Investment Oy and Oy Haapalandia Invest Ltd concerning the acquisition of Sunborn International Holding Oy. As a result of the completion of the share exchange, Sunborn International Holding Oy became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rush Factory Oyj and the formed group also conducts Sunborn International Holding Oy's business operations. The shareholders of Sunborn International Holding Oy became the largest shareholders of the formed group. In connection with the share exchange, the name of the listed company was changed into Sunborn International Plc.
