Whistleblowing

Sunborn International Plc has established a Whistleblowing Channel operated by an external service provider, Whistle B by Navex. The system is designed to safeguard the identity of individuals who report concerns. If the whistleblower chooses to remain anonymous, their identity will be protected throughout the entire process, and the Company will not attempt to uncover it. Upon submitting a report, the whistleblower receives a personal ID and password to communicate securely, confidentially, and anonymously.

The Company encourages all employees, as well as business partners, suppliers, stakeholders, and others affiliated with the Company, to report suspected misconduct, fraud, or violations of laws, internal policies, or Company values. Reports can include issues such as criminal activity, corruption, health and safety risks, or environmental damage.
